About Okinawan Shorin-Ryu Karate-Do
The Okinawan Shorin-Ryu Karate-Do school was founded by Shihan Geoffrey Gaudoin in 1986 and has served students in Orlando, Florida, since that time.
Lead Instructor - Shihan Geoffrey Gaudoin
Shihan Gaudoin started training in karate in 1974 and currently holds the rank of Hachi-dan, 8th-degree black belt in the Matsubayashi (Shorin) style. He is a certified Amateur Athlete Union (A.A.U.) Karate Referee and a National Certified A.A.U. Coach. Shihan Gaudoin is the President of the United States Matsubayashi-Ryu Karate-Do Federation (USMKF), founded by Hanshi Mike Ritter.
